Only information supplied on an organization letterhead will be accepted. ADVERTISED EVENTS WILL BE LIMITED TO THOSE LOCATIONS WITHIN THE AREAS SHOWN ON OUR CENTERFOLD MAP. |

There is no additional charge for layout services, ad changes, logos and trademarks as needed.

Digital photos may be included in an ad, at no additional cost. But we can not guarantee quality.

If we made an error in your ad, we will credit you for that ad. To receive credit, errors must be called to our attention within one week of initial publication date.

Full seasons ads will run from May through September, inclusive, a new issue each week.

Weekly publishing quantities are adjusted to suit demand, average over 2,500 per week.

We Guarantee a minimum 50,000 total issues will be distributed.
